Return Policy

In addition to your legal cancellation right, PUMA offers you voluntarily an additional right to return goods purchased in the PUMA online shop free of charge. You may return goods without stating any reasons within 60 days from delivery, provided the goods are complete, unused and undamaged. This right of return does not limit your statutory warranty rights in any way, but exists independently of them.

Please note that this voluntary return right does not apply to products that have been personalized for you. Also, return parcels sent from outside the European Union Customs Union will not be imported by PUMA and might not reach the warehouse.

Once we have received your return, you will be reimbursed within 14 days of us receiving the goods. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Your statutory rights, in particular in case of any defects of the purchased products and your legal cancellation right, remain unaffected by this voluntary return policy.

How to return

To return your items, please use our online return portal. You can access it via the "Create a Return" quicklink or through your PUMA account order history by clicking “TRACK YOUR ORDER / CREATE A RETURN”.

Please note: Returns can only be initiated once your order has been successfully delivered. You will see a “RETURN ITEM(S)” button once this is the case.

Our self-service tool will guide you through the return process. You will be able to download your return label and will also receive a confirmation email with further instructions. These generally include the following steps:

  • Pack the selected items securely into the parcel and seal it.
  • Drop off the parcel at the designated return location.
  • Keep the carrier's proof of return / return receipt for your records.

Please attach the return label provided via our return portal and drop off your parcel at the respective carrier. The timely dispatch of the goods is sufficient to meet the deadline.

Once your return has been received and successfully processed, you will receive a return confirmation via email.

Exchanges

It is not possible to exchange your purchased styles for technical reasons. Please place a new order on PUMA.com.
