Restrictions on the information you provide in our online shop in accordance with Art. 14 DSA:
When using the PUMA Online Shop, you have various options for providing information. This includes, inter alia, the option to submit product reviews.
Information provided by you must not violate our Terms and Conditions, further legal requirements or, in the case of product reviews, our review guidelines. In particular, the information must not contain the following:
• Content infringing the intellectual property rights of third parties (e.g., copyrights and trademark rights);
• Obscene or discriminatory language;
• Advertising or spam;
• Personal information, such as e-mail addresses, telephone numbers or postal addresses;
• Images and videos in which you or third parties can be identified (e.g. with address, invoice, face).
Information that violates the above described requirements can be removed by us. Moderation is carried out by an automatic check and an assessment by a human, which takes particular account of the choice of words when evaluating the information.
If we have deleted information from you, we will inform you immediately via the e-mail address you have provided. If you do not agree with the deletion of information, you can send us your complaint via the following email address ([email protected]).
