In addition to your legal cancellation right, PUMA offers you voluntarily an additional right to return goods purchased in the PUMA online shop free of charge. You may return goods without stating any reasons within 60 days from delivery, provided the goods are complete, unused and undamaged.
Please use the return label provided by us and hand in your parcel at the respective carrier. If you don’t have a return label, please contact our customer service by phone or by email. The timely dispatch of the goods is sufficient to meet the deadline. Please note that this voluntary return right does not apply to products that have been personalized for you. Please note that return parcels sent from outside the European Union Customs Union will not be imported by PUMA and might not reach the warehouse. Once we have received the good, you will be reimbursed within 14 days of us receiving the goods. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. Your statutory rights, in particular in case of any defects of the purchased products and your legal cancellation right, remain unaffected by this voluntary return policy.
